i have a micro innovations c02 pump thing. it came in a neat little wallet that i can fit all my tools, tire levers etc in. i still keep a hand pump though while i ride.

tubes, right now i'm using michelin rate light tubes. they're holding air surprisingly well, and i can't speak for puncture resistance, as i'm blessed with very smooth roads free of debris here.
