Strike 2: Placed order on 2/19, one item stated a 7-10 day delay on shipping... finally arrived yesterday.

Strike 3: When I got my order yesterday, they somehow got the 295mm and 293mm spokes I ordered changed to 259mm.

To their credit, their customer service department has been top notch in responding to my emails and responses to the phone calls. I will be very careful about what I order from him in the future though.
