Man, I learned my lesson. I had something consisting of lots of olive oil, cheese, tomatoes, and olives about two and a half hours before my ride (I'm only 23. What do I know?). When I went out on my ride, I had such severe heartburn I thought I was going to throw up. Plus my stomach felt wishy-washy. I'll definitely be paying closer attention from now on.
