i'm 6'2" with a 35.75 inseam, shorter torso. currently riding a vintage Lygie with a 61cm seat tube and a 57 cm top tube. good fit. vintage rides may be the way to go - i see quite a few 62s, 63s, 64s on craigslist in LA, all with shorter top tubes.
gonna sell my Lygie frame in may when the 62 IRO arrives, as the downside with the vintage conversions is the slack geometry.
