I'm an other I guess. By simply posting that someone is incorrect, while it may upset their fragile ego, is at it's core ...well...correct. You see our "civil" upbringing has led us to expect to receive the correct answers when we ask for them...instead of making us get off our butts and look for them ourselves. This trait is annoying and is seldom, if never, rewarded in our society.

The best teacher I ever had would ask a question, we would answer, he would say "correct" or "incorrect", and then throw whatever was close at hand at us when we were incorrect. I hated that professor with every thread of my being. Until the day he died and I was at his funeral and realized that he taught me more than any other professor during my whole life.

In other words a quick one worded reply might on the surface bruise some weak self-esteemed individuals, but in essence it is really just reversing the question back upon the one who asked.

..."Incorrrect....grasshopper, go and find out why....try the search function".
