You can take a dive into why...and would speculate that those least tolerant to criticism or have the ability to laugh at themselves feel the most disadvantaged. Agree that chain jerking on the internet actually can be fun....again as with in society. This typically occurs between parties that know one another a bit. And yes, you can turn a blind eye and many do. The one thing I have commented on before which you mention is tattling on other members. This goes against my grain as well. But getting to the core of why botto became banned....just a guess...was due to Patriot. If someone knows differently, please speak up. Both botto and Patriot are long time members here. Botto's attacks on Patriot were not friendly or in good spirit and I believe why he is off the board for a while. Deserved? Maybe...in the eye of the beholder. As a general rule, I do not believe in banning people...only a friendly reminder when someone has a bad day and feels a need to put down another member.
