Those are definitely small frames. If you have a significant other who is shorter you might have something going on. Otherwise if you get them cheap look to flip or scavage parts.

#1's paint scheme screams 1980s so loud I can just about hear it down here in Fla.

#2 looks to be the better bike (as many others have pointed out).

Really small (and really large) frames have a small pool of potential buyers but those buyers have less stock to look at too so they might flip pretty nicely for you.
