I bought this helmet today. Basically, my criteria was to find the most minimal helmet possible. (Also, I confess, I didn't want one of those alien spaceship-looking things.)

It doesn't seem to affect my peripheral vision at all, and it's very light. Within a few minutes I forgot it was there.
