Returning from a ride that started/ended in Elkridge, I rode through Baltimore with a 10w Halogen light and and rear blinky. It was scary-fun because I had never done that before. Motorists were surprised that I kept up with traffic, due mainly to the timing of the traffic control lights and the number of vehicles on the road. I "took the lane" the whole time and had no grief handed to me until I got closer to my neighborhood (friggin' red-neck-trailer-trash-Essex-Dundalkites).
