Crank on the bike going up a good climb. If your front wheel doesn't flex enough to alternate hitting both brake pads, I'll be surprised. I'm "only" 230 lbs and flexed the crap out of mine. Flat ground, not so noticeable. For reference, the stock Xero 3 wheels on my OCR Limited were 20/24 spokes, and weighed well over 2,000 grams. FWIW, I never had any problems with mine over the 1,000 or so miles I put on them, except the flexing. and the stock Michelin Dynamic tires were pretty crappy, too.

I went to a custom set of 24/28's on a semi aero very stiff rim and Michelin ProRace 2 tires to get much stiffer, responsive wheels while shaving off over 1lb of bike weight (>500 grams). The bike went from a pretty nice ride to a real demon.
