The flexing should be readily apparent on a standing climb - at least mine was. Are you on the same wheels I had, the Xero xsr3's with 20/24 spoke count?

I got my wheels built by Mike Garcia at www.oddsandendos.com. Do a forum search on Mike Garcia and you'll turn up tons of stuff. He built me a killer set of custom wheels to my specifications/requirements, and they were relatively inexpensive - $420 delivered.

Can't say enough good things about Mike and how pleased I am with the wheelset.
