just a cheaper kind of build, I flipped/cut the bars and I'm only running a front brake (center pull so it will work fine) most likely a suicide hub for now, then later on I will get a proper track hub. I pulled the decals off just now and cleaned it up real nice. Definatley not going to be a hipster bike, just a nice clean rig.
