Got right-hooked this morning I've got no serious injuries, just a bit of road rash and a bruised chest where I hit something or another... so I had to take the bike out again at lunch for a good long back-in-the-saddle ride!

I'm very, very glad to have been wearing a safety hat. Until a week ago, I'd been commuting for nearly a year without wearing one - looks like I started just in time!

Beautiful weather, though... cool and foggy.
