There was a bike outside St. Mikes' on Queen that had a city remove notice on it...I might have to peek at once more.
As for the feet..... I think it's more my inexpensive choice of footwear, as these things were designed with maximum airflow in mind. Chemical warmers scare the bejesus outta me knowing ppl that have literally been burned by them. I'd not be able to place them near my toes. I might try to make a secondary bootie set out of old fleece and/or gortex
