Volt sortof of my thoughts exactly - why pay for Irvine or NB prices for housing when I can just ride there and enjoy it for free!
And CJ - ever been round Culver and Walnut around 5pm? Scary congested! Actually alot of the parking lots in Irvine are just scary to drive around in. When I lived in Irvine I had to drive way over to the Sand Canyon Albertsons to grocery shop cause my car kept getting dinged up in the Ralphs lot at Culevr/Walnut.
Again just being silly...
