Harris Cyclery has short stack bolts. SOme people swear by just grinding down their old stack bolts to the shorter length. I haven't tried it. Match your BB to your new crankset. Check the width of the BB shell to get the length of the BB.
Seriously the time spent doing that makes the $5 short stack bolts totally worth it. There's zero reason to get a new bb or new crankset unless something isn't workin properly.
