Just think...all those years it took to build those quads (and the rest of your legs for that matter) just to walk that fat up and down stairs and anywhere else. That's not just recently packed on training muscle like what most riders would have, thats year after year hardened muscle.

Its even better when you drop your friends' multi speed bike while riding a single speed.
