Why, yes they are!

Aside from the noise of the freewheel, they are very nice. It is not Chris King noisy but you will never be able to sneak up on anyone if you are freewheeling. Since I only have about 200 miles on the wheels I can't comment on the durability, but I can say that they are very smooth and seem to want to spin forever. The finish on the hubs are very nice, the anodizing is not as black as many Asian hubs I have seen, it looks more like black chrome rather than a dark solid black color.
