Here's the build that I recently orderd from Ligero:
White Industries H1 hubs (anodized red)
Sapim CX-Rays - 18 front radial / 24 rear triplet - black w/ red nipples
Niobium 30mm rims

Estimated weight should be around 1420g. Coupled with a set of Tune AC16+17 skewers should make for a very nice and light wheelset.
