I think PB is great for those that know what they want and dont need much "advice." They are like Walmart (which I love as well). They unfairly get a bad rap (sp), but they provide products for people that may not be able to afford it. Bottom Line: they provide great products at AWESOME prices.

Of course they may lack on customer support, a repair dept employees that dont change every month, but if you are looking for a specific part, PB is the place to go.

For more specialized stuff/repairs/advice, I got to my LBS (which I love support, but capitalism is the American way).

But I am as the say in economics "price sensitive."
