OK here is a weird fix for this problem.. Get a miche/shimano 10 speed final position cog.. Lose your 2nd position cog.. Add a spacer for the final position cog and you now have a frankenstein 10 speed cassette... Miche has 25/26/27/28/29 cogs for final position, lot of options.. So if you have a stock 10 speed 11-23.. It would look like this 11-13-14-15-16-17-19-21-23-26
