On top of always getting a wide berth when wearing it I have never had a single cop question me on it...although I have gotten a few waves from our diligent boys in blue. I think you have to actually identify yourself verbally as police to be charged with impersonation...but then again I am not a lawyer.
Ha! I had that shirt too but I gave it to the goodwill 'cause apparently I'm not big enough to be a cop (or I just needed a smaller size)
I like the police jacket/shirt/patch or whatever idea though. If the cops question you on it just do your best stoner "the
