What do you mean by
"a cut out on the rings where it comes to the bolt?" I recently picked up a set of these cranks for $60. They're in nearly perfect condition but don't have the same chainrings as the OP's. My guess is that they shouldn't have the enclosed cutout like the ones pictured on the Nuovo Record? Or does it not matter?
