Well thanks for all the comments, I got it done and am satisfied. I have always started from the bar end and worked my way up, next them I will definitely try it from the stem. I think my fingers will be sore tomorrow. I was using aero levers so I was able to hide some of the excess near the cable (difficult to explain) but it cam out pretty good in the end. I'll have to take some pictures as FINALLY, the Faggin has it's final bars and a brake lever set up. The bike is equipped with cobalto brakes minus the nut (replaced with super records) and super record drive train, the hubs are mavic and the shifters are retro friction. I could have made it full super record but this bike it a rider and I decided I might as well go with the best components from the period. I'll have to update my wool jersey album.
