I voted two, then I realized that the wheel of one of those is in near-failure mode and needs to be trued. I suck at truing so I'll be rolling it down the hill to the LBS next to my other bike tomorrow while riding the latter. Should be fun...
1) 2007 Jamis Aurora (Touring/commuting/recreational)
2) 199? Bridgestone fully rigid mtb/hybrid that's undergone several incarnations but somehow ended up with most of the stock parts back on it, most of which are close to near-catastrophic failure any minute now. I use this bike for commuting when I can't keep my Aurora inside, for running errands, and for kamikaze trail rides
I'm toying with the idea of tourning the bridgestone into a winter commuter/singlespeed mountain bike.
