The Fly isnt that soft. It does have padding but isnt like riding on a marshmellow. The Carbon Fly seems REALLY stiff.. I just put one of those on the Fuji and rode it around in the driveway yesterday and the first thing I noticed is that its MUCH firmer than the Fly Ti
