if its cup and cone just get a new solid axle and rebuild the hub if its sealed cartridges your stuck
I am pretty sure all ShimaNO hubs are cup and cone
Sorry, axle length is not critical for going to solid axles. The length is critical for going from soild axles to QR axles.
If you want to change the
spacing on the hub, you may have to add or remove spacers.
If you can replace bearings in a hub, you can change the axle out.
