problem with new wheelset (freehub spin)

I just recieved a brand new set of Easton Circuits that I ordered online. I think there might be a problem with the freehub, unfortunately. When I take my fingers and spin the hub body it gives resistance and does not spin as easy as other wheelsets (even holding the body and spinning the wheel..it spins for less time than the other wheelset in use) I've had new wheels before and they came out of the box spinning much more free...even went to a few bike shops and just spun some wheels to make even more comparisons. (didn't bother asking anyone about this) They all spun free...even the 'cheaper' sets.

I'm wondering what the problem could be. Would rather not take apart the body and have to grease or send back. I did notice the wheels were kind of dusty. Anyone with easton circuits have the same issue? Appreciate any help.
