i don't know anyone that's every broken a Keo cleat, myself included, and i am 190 pounds and pretty tough on my tri-shoes. and honestly, i don't even have the cleat covers...
now you know someone. I took the bike, shoes & cleats to a lbs that knows what their doing. Now my problem is solved. The pedals/cleats work well!
