It does say you can but them seperately but have not seen any online,and my LBS doesn't have them either.
I don't want to have to get a new pair of pedals if it's just a bit of plastic that can be replaced
New Packages of pedals include a replacement pair. My LBS opened up a new box and gave them to me. They are interchangeable at least between Ultegra and DA, not sure about 105. And it definitely improves clip in. The new DA and Ultegra pedala replace the plastic plate with a stainless steel one, which should dramatically improve wear on the pedal body. Interestingly, you have to go to Shimano EU site to see them. As usual Shimano NA is way behind.
