I am suspect that the one you picked up is from 1979, as unworthy's post shows I don't think Norco started selling the Fiori brand till the mid-late 80s. I have seen a lot of them (i live in vancouver) and have never seen one that old. As mentioned many were made in Japan and I have seen lots with Ishiwata tubing, you hay have a high end model with very light Ishiwata.
