I originally was going to do red (kinda pink) for the Mixte and blue for the men's bike! Could not find a good pink one though.

It looks like only one bike has shellaced cork grips. They stay cleaner that way, but they're kind of slippery. One of my wife's mixtes has those bars from Jitensha. My next bike will have them, too. They feel just right to me. The little reflectors are a nice touch.
I have not decided if I want to shellac the grips on the mixte yet. I like the way it looks now. The little reflectors came off of an old set of pedals... there were 4 on each pedal. The bike you are refering to is a green Raleigh, right? Very nice!
