That fork failed in 3 places it looks like. Both drop mounts are missing, probably still attached to the wheel.

After crashes, mechanics will take the bar tape off of carbon bars to see if any damage has been done to the bars. Most teams consider this a frequent hassle, especially given the huge rate of crashes, which is why you see nearly exclusively aluminum bars in the pro ranks.
