Arrange your touring gear on your living room floor. Marvel at the sight. Fiddle with everything. Read all the maps for the umpteenth time. Buy some more touring gear. Re-arrange. Re-marvel. Buy larger panniers to accommodate your extra gear. Repeat.
That's what I do at least, it seems. Maybe not always the buying part. Hyvää matkaa!
