i have always used a San Marcos/Era and as the above post said if you change positons stand, move forward,backward whatever one should have zero problems.
After 30 years of riding the only time I have ever experienced any kind of numbness , the tilt was wrong either too far down or up. For me once the saddle is adjusted level it represents zero problems
