Miche hubs take Campy, EAI, Phil and Miche lockrings. Formula lockrings won't work with Miche - you need a 33.5mm × 24 tpi lockring ie Italian threaded).

Formula, Dura-Ace, Suntour etc are all BSA threaded (1.29" x 24 TPI).
