I was thinking early 2008 myself. EVeryone wants to get into it right now which has me wondering about the future in terms of demand for custom builders.

I'm on the waitlist for the 2 summer sessions...I'm 4th on the waitlist for July, and I don't know about September, but the guy I talked to there said it's not uncommon for them to go through 8-10 on a waitlist before someone can make it. And he also said that the 2008 schedule will be done in about 3 weeks, so keep checking in because they fill up super quick (all the 2007 classes are full). And I
