I have Ritchey Pro V4 road pedals on all my bikes. They use an SPD cleat and allow me to use road or ATB shoes as I choose. I train in ATB shoes and race in road shoes. They are light (204 g per pair) and floaty. This is the greatest no-brainer in the history of man.
