I have multiple variations of this. Try Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted tomatoes instead of Rotel. You can use various kinds of turkey or veggie chili from cans as a replacement for several items in that list. There are many different brands, find one that suits you. Often, I combine the Rotel or Roasted Tomatoes in with chili, heat it up and dump it over raw spinach. It's tasty, filling and only around 500-600 calories.
