Went out on a group ride with five riders that are going to be in the upcoming Saturday "Roubaix" race in Salem NY. After the speed reached 25mph I could only hang for 8+ miles. So out of the 30 mile loop I stayed with them for about 11-12 miles. I finished the loop at my "B" pace of 19-22MPH.

So back to steps two and three.
