Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

You might consider adding "install a new cassette" to your work plans. If the current chain is significantly worn, the cassette will also be and a new chain will skip badly on the worn cogs.
