I was going to go w/ the family, but having been to one of the wettest ones in memory ~4 yrs ago or so, I think I'm gonna pass. I don't think lutz w/ have any issues w/ traffic around town if the weather's gonna be wet.
edit: lutz, the only advice if it's raining is to have a cape/jacket that breathes; it's no fun getting wet from the inside.
