While you're at it, be sure to replace the cable housings - especially the shift housings. If you have integrated shift/brake levers, you may find it easier to do the brakes and shifters together, though it's not required. If you have Campy shifters with the brake and shifter cables both under your bar tape, you definitely should replace both at the same time.

If the shifters are STI or Ergo always replace the housings with the cables. For good shifting performance the housings are probably more important than the cables.
