Based on geometry and design, you should be able to get the side to side spoke tension essentially equal for the front wheel if you want to mess with it. But due to the asymetry of the axial hub flange location to the center line of the wheel on the rear, you will not be able to have equal side-to-side spoke tension and have the wheel centered in the drop outs.
