How do you feel about my pre/post ride food?
Ok so today before my 25 mile ride I ate the following;
A lentil and rice quesadilla cosisting of,
3/4 cup of lentils and rice
1 tortilla
1/4 cup of soy cheese
2 tsp chile sauce
1 tbsp salsa
About 16 ounces of water
After the ride;
1 banana
1/4 cup granola w/ cashews
2 whole dates
16 ounces of water
Is this good? How could I improve...I am vegan, so if you are not please allow your suggestions vegan friendly! Thanks!
