So very true. Any time I see a cyclist stopped, unless it is very obvious they are just taking a quick rest and they have no mechanical problems, I'll ask if they need help. Even if they do appear to be just fine I'll say hello / nod / wave. At that point if they some reason do need help hopefully they'll ask.
