So i've been searching a while on the internet and haven't found a verified solution.
Requirements: Looking for a bike hitch that I can put on my 2004 Honda CRV. Since I will be carrying a bike trailer, I'll need to get into the back of the car. Is there a hitch out there that will let me open my swing door completely open? Assume I would have unloaded the bikes at this point in time.

I don't want a roof rack since my wife may need to mount the bikes by herself. I don't like the idea of the rear tire mounted rack-although this may be my only choice.
