If you are out in the lane... I'd pass you on the right.
reason 1... I don't wanna go way around you and closer to the left lane.
reason 2... I don't wanna inconvenience you by making you move. I feel slower should keep right. If you are on in the lane, but where the right tire of a car is... I'd probably go to your left.

I don't make people move out of my way in a car either. If they wanna go slow in the fast/left lane... I pass 'em on the right.... it's easier for me to assume they won't move, quicker for me than waiting for them to move, and I don't inconvenience them with having to move. I take much of this to biking.... except I yell on your left to give them a chance to move. If you don't move, I'll say "nevermind", or "OoooooKKKKK", and go right and give 'em a weird look for not paying attention or not knowing right from left.
