Ok - I've been a big fan of PBK and have bought lots of stuff from them. always good prices, always good stuff, always delivered fast, never a problem.
Well, the last two orders have been bungled - I order a particular product and get something else. The invoice shows the correct product and price, but the bag contains something different. For instance, this last time I ordered a Campagnolo Centaur triple crank, and received a Campagnolo standard double. The invoice lists the correct crank and price. Moreover, I've sent 4 emails in the last week and none have been answered.
Has anyone else noticed a decline in service, or am I just on a bad streak? Anyone want to buy a Campagnolo Centaur standard double - or better yet, trade it for a triple?
