Also, remove, regrease and torque down your pedals, and tighten crank bolts. Basically if you take everything to do with your crankset and bb apart and put it back together properly with grease and torque as necessary, whatever is clicking should stop. Start with the easiest stuff and move inwards to the more complicated stuff if the ckick doesnt go away.
